A Summer Celebration of Miracles

31 Aug

Last Sunday, under sunny skies and a cool breeze, board, staff, supporters and graduates of Mercy Ministries gathered to celebrate and thank God for everything that He has done over the last year. After enjoying delicious barbequed delicacies and cool drinks, supporters settled in to hear ministry updates from Executive Director Nicola Bartel.

Supporters enjoy a delicious barbecue and each other’s company

Of course the biggest reasons to celebrate are the lives that have been transformed and the hope that has been restored, to broken lives. 8 young women rededicated their lives to God and 7 were water baptized in the last year alone. Graduates (one who came from Edmonton for the occasion!)  and current residents stood to applause for their courage.

Graduates and residents look on in support as Jenn shares her story

2012 graduate Jenn DuLong shared her moving story of freedom, from sexual promiscuity, and an eating disorder through the counseling, care and biblical teaching at Mercy Ministries.  Then she told of a miracle God performed in her life as part of her journey, just as she was beginning to blossom within the security of the Mercy home:

“At 17, I had started having severe panic attacks, and I developed obsessive-compulsive disorder. I was so afraid of germs that I would wash my hands until they would literally bleed; I would never touch doorknobs; I would never shake hands; and if someone at my mother’s house got sick I would go stay with my dad for a couple of weeks until the sickness was out of the house. When I first came to Mercy I had to wear gloves in order to participate in meals and wouldn’t shake hands.”

The Christmas after I came to Mercy Ministries, someone anonymously donated a plane ticket to me so I could visit my family in Nova Scotia for Christmas – I don’t know who they are but thank you if you’re here. At first, I was really concerned about being away from Mercy; however, God surprised me with a very special Christmas present. While I was home, God randomly took away my obsessive-compulsive disorder. Out of no where, I was able to eat without washing my hands, shake others’ hands, and take communion for the first time in over 10 years! I was initially in shock; all I could do was cry and worship God for the two weeks I was home.  Imagine Mercy staff surprise when I came back after Christmas and had a bite of an apple without washing it!”

“The fact that this happened while Jenn was away from the Mercy home is a reminder that, it is God who does the work, not us.”said Nicola after the testimony that followed her report  to supporters. Nicola reported on the many ways God had provided  and worked through Mercy Ministries since the first anniversary celebration last August. Some of the highlights include:

Nicola Bartel Shares highlights from the last year of ministry

  • The family of Ed Spence, an enthusiastic supporter of Mercy ministries who passed  away suddenly from a heart attack,  donated money to construct an external building to be used for counselling  and transitional care.
  • Mercy Ministries Canada became the first Mercy home to have a doctor who makes weekly house visits.
  • A generous businessman donated a second van and paid for the first year’s insurance. Giving us enough transportation to fill the home to its capacity of 20 girls!
  • In 2011 Mercy Ministries of Canada miraculously met budget for the first time in its history.

A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed. (psalm 11:25)

Thank you for the refreshing you’ve brought into the lives of young women who need Mercy!

Generosity Lives On

6 Mar

By Nicola Bartel

Nicola Bartel remembers a faithful supporter

Sometimes individuals cross your path that not only have an impact on your life but they inspire you to go above and beyond! Ed Spence is one of those individuals whom I had the privilege of knowing.

Ed Spence was one of Mercy Ministries’ biggest cheerleaders. He first heard of Mercy through  a presentation at his church. Ed was generous and began donating funds  from his personal ministry, collecting bottles and cans and giving to a variety of charities and individuals who were in need. Ed received a copy of “Echos of Mercy” and was so moved, and inspired, we soon became one of the  greatest recipients of his generosity.

The biggest gift to Mercy was Ed’s choice to regularly buy multiple copies of Echos and pass them on to people in his world of influence.  On several occasions, he sent flowers to the girls and staff to cheer them on, and regularly showed up to our events along with his family!

Sadly, Ed passed away suddenly this past December. He has left an amazing legacy behind and a challenge to us all to do what we can to help others. If I can think of a verse to describe Ed it would be John 15:13, “Greater love has no one, than this, than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”

Ed’s extended family has generously donated $10,000 so that we can renovate a small on-site building to be used as our Intake Department.

Ed Spence, with his wife Joanne and mom Connie at the 2010 Mercy Walk

We will have a plaque on the building in  memory of Ed Spence with a scripture chosen by his wife and daughter.  Any left over funds will go towards the building of a gazebo in the back yard for the beautiful residents to use as a shelter from the sun and rain.

Our residents love to read and do their assignments outside in our peaceful back yard. A gazebo would make it  possible for them to do that more often. The men’s group at Riverside Community Church, where Ed attended, has volunteered their time and expertise to build this and to help raise funds to complete a gazebo.

I invite each and every one of you to consider making a contribution on behalf of Ed to ensure we will be able to complete this project, doing our part to give life to John 15:3 by laying down our lives for our friends!

Beauty for Ashes: Jessica’s Story

29 Feb

Nothing about Jessica could prepare you for the story she tells of her life before coming to  Mercy Ministries.

Not her radiant smile,  her friendly manner, or the confidence with which she reads a passage describing the beauty God sees in her.

“To be honest”  She says  “I wasn’t sure if this day would ever come.”

A Living Nightmare

Jessica had been sexually, physically and verbally abused by her father starting at the age of 3. Her father cultivated a spirit of prostitution in her by letting his friends use her sexually for a price.

Her grandparents finally discovered what had been happening to her after she attempted suicide at 13 years of age. They rescued her from her father by insisting that her mother leave him, but then her mother blamed her for the divorce, and her life began to spiral out of control.

“Between ages 13 to 20 I was diagnosed with depression and as bipolar and told I would be on anti-psychotic drugs and have to live in psychiatric hospitals for the rest of my life because I would never be able to function in society. My life felt out of control, and to gain a sense of control I decided to control my food which led to me struggling with anorexia and bulimia. The eating disorder ruled every part of my life and eventually it got to the point where the eating disorder was in control and I was not. I started self-harming and was drinking all the time.

With being so unhealthy and getting sick all the time I was unable to keep a job which meant being unable to have a place to live at times, so I was living on the streets off and on. It didn’t take me long to realize that if I sold my body for sex I could have a place to sleep or money. This realization led me to being involved in stripping and prostitution. For the most part it was my choice except at one particular house. While there, I had no say in who, what or when if I wanted to remain alive.

I have been raped more times than I can count, and I have been in and out of hospitals and treatment programs where they tell you that you are chronic and all they can do for you is teach you how to cope. Finally I got to the point of being like “if there is no way to get better I would rather die than live like this” so I attempted suicide  many times and was almost successful. Then I felt like a failure for not even being able to take my own life.”

Coming to Mercy

Shortly after Jessica’s 19th birthday her doctor told her that unless things changed in her life she would be dead within a year, and then a friend who struggled with similar issues died of a massive heart attack at 21 years of age. Around this time a friend told her about Mercy Ministries; after resisting for some time, she applied and was eventually accepted.

Jessica made great progress at Mercy, and soon, made the one choice that could bring complete change to her life:

“It wasn’t until I realized that God loves me and actually got that in my heart not just in my head that things really started to change. I had to fully commit my life to Christ and surrender all that I am before He could make changes”

Jessica's grandmother passed away while she was at Mercy

After only three months at Mercy, Jessica received sad news that her dear grandma had been diagnosed with cancer and given a week to live.

She flew home to be with her and had the privilege of being with her when she passed away. During this time at home, Jessica offered forgiveness to her mother, who, in turn apologized to her! “We are now working on rebuilding our relationship.”  She says.

Set back and Perseverance

While Jessica was home to be with her grandma and seeking reconciliation with her mother, the enemy also took the opportunity at a vulnerable time to attack her again in a most vicious way.

“This trip home rocked my world in more ways than one. Returning to Mercy was ten times harder than when I originally came. I had no idea where to go from here and I feared that I had lost all the progress I had made, because while I was home I was raped again. This made me feel that my only choice in life was to be a prostitute.”

But God was not finished pursuing her yet.

“Once I was finally able to be open with staff, things started to get better again. I realized that my progress was not lost but instead I had made lots of it. The changes that have been taking place in my life are things that only God could have done. Let’s take a look at how big our God is.

I have been off my bipolar medication since August and am functioning well. I used to be terrified of food and now I enjoy eating – especially ice cream and chocolate – and I don’t feel guilty for the most part afterwards. I don’t desire to self harm. I have dreams and hopes for my future and am excited about life. I for the most part no longer have night terrors and I am healthy physically. I can see how throughout my whole life God has had his hand on me even before I knew him.  An example of this has been walking through getting tested for HIV. Praise God that as of two weeks ago I know for sure that my health has been protected through it all. Had Mercy not been free I would not have been able to come or been able to still be here.

I came in feeling rejected, broken, alone, used and afraid. This is not the case anymore. Now by the grace of God I know that I am wanted, loved, redeemed, forgiven and free.”

Beauty for Ashes

Jessica with Executive Director Nicola Bartel on her graduation day

As Jessica stood to tell her story, at her graduation from Mercy Ministries this month, she began by reading a passage from the book “Do you think I’m Beautiful” by Angela Thomas:

“God enjoys my laughter. He takes pleasure in the way I think. He is not bored with me. He would never consider my ordinary. I do not go unnoticed by Him. I am incredibly breathtakingly beautiful to Him. He never holds his love back or plays games with my heart – there are no riddles with God. He does not stand me up. He always remembers, always keeps His promises. He doesn’t turn away – even if I do. God has seen me from across the room and cannot take His eyes off of me”.

By the time she finished telling her story there was not a dry eye in the room.

Her radiant smile, friendly manner and confidence so breathtakingly beautiful, in the light of God’s love for her.

Looking back in Awe. Going Forward in Faith

5 Jan

by Nicola Bartel

Happy New Year to all of you amazing individuals who have partnered with us on this exciting journey. We’ve come to the end of our first full year of ministry, and much has been accomplished as we have partnered together in God’s Kingdom work. As I reflect all that has taken place in the past year, my heart is FULL and humble!  Sincerely thankful and in awe at God’s greatness……… All glory to God and only Him!

Blessings to you from Nancy Alcorn and the Mercy Canada Leadership

2011 continued to be a journey of faith, stretching and blessing, as I have witnessed the mighty hand of God move mountains to provide abundantly for our precious young women who need mercy.  His provision came both in financial ways and in people resources as He provided the right staff at the right time when needed! His creative hand moved yet again, as individuals came forward to meet practical needs such as covering all our costs for cleaning and household products! Another creative move in our Lord’s plan was to ignite a flame in one of our staffs’ hearts who loves to develop “coupon” systems. She has now greatly saved us funds in our food budget. Step by step, by his Spirit, He is using the gifts, strengths and potential of so many individuals to provide Mercy to as many young women as possible.

With our first resident as she graduated in May 2011

Thirteen young women graduated from Mercy in 2011 and are walking free of bondages that once enslaved them. Words can not describe the experience of witnessing God bring peace, joy, hope and restoration-to some- for the first time. The need continues into the new year – we had 497 calls from potential applicants, 144 Applications were sent out or downloaded and as of Dec 31st we had 60 applications in process! As we begin this new year, my faith is at a whole new level. The need is so very great and so is our faith in knowing our heavenly father will provide for those in need.

We will be standing in faith, and I ask you to stand with us, as we increase the number of young women month by month this year in order to reach full capacity. With this step of faith there will be an increase to our operational budget and a one time expense of a minivan to transport the additional residents. I can’t wait to see how God is going to Wow us all this year!

In closing,  I want to personally and sincerely thank each and every one of you on behalf of Mercy Ministries here in Canada for partnering with us in 2011. Your partnership has contributed greatly in moving us forward. Exciting days are ahead and so stay tuned as we step out in faith together

Thank you! My heart sings with the words of psalm 147: 7 – 11

Sing out your thanks to the Lord;
sing praises to our God with a harp.
He covers the heavens with clouds,
provides rain for the earth,
and makes the grass grow in mountain pastures.
He gives food to the wild animals
and feeds the young ravens when they cry.
He takes no pleasure in the strength of a horse
or in human might.
No, the Lord’s delight is in those who fear him,
those who put their hope in his unfailing love. (NLT)

Speaking Mercy from a Mother’s Heart

23 Nov

Mercy Ministries is blessed with volunteer advocates who represent the ministry out of passion, that sometimes comes from personal experience.  One such volunteer is Johanne Starr, our advocate on the move this month, her story of how she got involved with Mercy and the joy she gets from being an advocate provides another view of  people working behind the scenes to see lives transformed and hope restored.

Johanne's experience of her daughter's struggles makes her a powerful advocate for Mercy

My daughter had long struggled with eating disorders, anxiety, depression and self harm. I had desperately tried to seek help for her for many years with little success.

In 2003 John and Helen Burns had invited Nancy Alcorn to speak at their LifeWomen Conference to launch and bring the vision of  Mercy Ministries to Canada. My daughter and I were at the conference and were introduced to Nancy Alcorn and her team personally.

My daughter was 15 years old and had just found out she was pregnant. Nancy – after hearing her story and history – was full of compassion and offered her a place in one of her homes immediately. Unfortunately my daughter was too anxious to be so far away from home at the time as she suffered from separation anxiety. I then realized on a personal level how critical it was to have a home nearby to reach out to desperate women in need. Fortunately, my daughter kept the baby and my grandson Sean is now eight years old.

Since that time I have watched my daughter continue to struggle with eating disorders. In 2006 she was the victim of assault and rape as a result of a break-in at our home from a perpetrator who had apparently been stalking her. Women in our community need MERCY!

For many years I cried out to the Lord as I watched all three of my daughters struggle and deal with many heart breaking issues. The scripture I would be lead to, described a home of safety, hope, compassion and love. A lighthouse for the hurting and brokenhearted!

Isaiah 32: 16-18
Then justice will dwell in the wilderness
And righteousness remain in the fruitful field
The work of righteousness will be peace
And the effect of righteousness, quietness and assurance forever.
My people will dwell in peaceful habitation.
In secure dwellings and in quiet resting places.

Mercy is a safe place that unconditionally loves each woman as she works through her issues. They are committed to provide services to allow them to recognize their self-worth and prepare them to reach their full potential. It brings a hope and understanding that many have never had or felt before.

Advocacy brings Joy and Healing

As an Advocate and volunteer for Mercy Ministries it is incredibly heartwarming to hear the giggles and laughter coming from the girls as they do their fitness program with Megan[fitness director] or fellowship with one another. Megan’s smile and uplifting, encouraging words can help you through any circumstance. These young women have endured much pain and heartache! How amazing is it that they can come to a place to be free to laugh and giggle!

I had the privilege of working alongside Musu [director of marketing and development] at a conference. As I shared from my brokenness as a mother I felt healing touch my heart and soul. The staff and women at Mercy are amazing as they yield their lives to bring healing to others and to make a difference. Nicola, the Executive Director, is an amazing woman of God! She is full of love, compassion, insight and understanding! You are a changed person by just knowing her. She has a powerful anointing on her life to see lives change.

I have a passion to see women set free! It is an honor to promote Mercy Ministries to our community!

Nancy Alcorn Visits with Jane and Crystal Hamon

27 Sep

It has been an exciting couple of days in the Mercy Canada Home as we welcomed Nancy Alcorn and Jane and Crystal Hamon of Christian International Ministries Network.

Nancy Alcorn, Jane Hamon and Crystal Hamon with residents of the Mercy Canada Home

Over the last two days the girls and staff have experienced life giving teaching and ministry from mother and daughter, who shared their gift in a powerful way. For some of the young women in the home the time of personal ministry provided them with a renewed hope for their future as Jane and Crystal prayed for them and spoke to specific issues in their lives.

Jane Hamon summed up the feeling of hope in the home at the end of their time with us:

Jane had encouraging messages for residents and staff

It is amazing to see what God is doing in and through the lives of the girls of Mercy Canada. What a powerful group of world changers! It will be exciting to hear of the impact each one will make as they allow God’s destiny to arise and be fulfilled through their lives.

For Nancy, the visit was also an opportunity to connect with and provide encouragement to the staff  in the Canadian home:

“I am so impressed and blessed by the hearts of staff here at Mercy Canada to pour out God’s love and mercy on these girls so that they can experience new life in Christ. The same Spirit of Freedom that reigns in all the other Mercy homes is strong here in Mercy Canada, and the results are evident.”

Nancy’s authenticity and humour as she ministered to residents and staff was, as always, refreshing and inspiring to all. Her continued involvement in the Canadian home will be instrumental to realizing the vision to have a home in every province in Canada.

A Year of Miracles

31 Aug

A Special extended edition of Speak Mercy
to mark a year since the opening of the Mercy Canada home.

It is exactly one year today since the doors of Mercy Ministries opened here in Canada and the first young woman was accepted into our program to find healing and freedom from issues that had controlled her for too long.  To God be the Glory!

A Celebration

An Anniversary Feast

To mark this important milestone, Last Sunday about 150  of Mercy Ministries’ supporters,  friends, graduates and staff  got together on the grounds of the Mercy Ministries home to remember what God has done and give thanks for everything that has happened over the last year.

It couldn’t have been a more perfect day for a celebration.  The sun was out and many supporters already in good spirits from having been at church service.  A wonderful spread of light snacks and sweets put together with love by Alan Koller and a beautifully restful setting created by Clara Atagi made for the perfect atmosphere for a Mercy family reunion.

As Mercy family members arrived, the sound of Jazz Music played by Ed and Salve Dayao of Java Jazz Café kept the mood light as many of those who had been on the journey to see hope renewed in broken lives came together in unity and Thanksgiving.

Special Message

Missing in person were Pastors John and Helen Burns who first had the vision of having a Mercy home in Canada. Away on a well deserved sabbatical, they made sure all who came knew that they were standing with us through a message read out by Nicola Bartel:

Pastors John and Helen Burns

We’re in Uganda today, but our hearts and thoughts are with all of you as your celebrate this date that marks the anniversary of the Opening of the Mercy Home and all the miracles it represents.

The days behind us have been outstanding…we’ve seen the home finished, a fantastic staff built, and faithful partners have gathered to the vision and we are beyond grateful for everything that has been done and today we stand in awe.

The greatest miracle is the transformed lives of beautiful young women who have come and graduated, who are here in the home right now and who are still coming – the future looks amazing! To God be the glory great things He has done.

Thank you to every one who has stood with them to see their hope and future rise in the purposes of God. They needed you and you said yes – thank you.

To all our beautiful Mercy Girls... We love you… We miss you and look forward to catching up really soon. Have the most incredible day as you celebrate His faithfulness and goodness.”

Challenges and Cheers

What a year it has been!

With the home built debt free and opened to young women, have come challenges expected and unexpected.  Difficulty finding relief staff has often meant that the amazing and dedicated staff team has put in many long hours to ensure quality care is given to the young women who come through the doors.

Released balloons represent prayer for freedom of the 59 girls in the intake process

Raising the finances for the ongoing costs of running a high quality program has proven to be quite the challenge.  There have been a few moments when we have needed a miracle to meet bills, and each time God has been faithful to come through, sometimes at the very last minute! To God be the Glory!  We are so grateful for our Treasure Builders who continue to provide monthly income for continued ministry to hurting young women.

Part of the story of the last year is told by the fact that Mercy Ministries was granted a 3 year accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities (CARF) and is now in the process of certification with the  Canadian Council of Christian Charities (CCCC). These accomplishments are a testimony to the care and excellence that has gone into every aspect of serving the young women that God has entrusted to this ministry.

Of course as we look back on the past year we remember the 59 young women still in the intake process. A reminder of the great and ongoing need for Mercy Ministries in Canada. The need remains to fill the remaining unfunded beds in our current home and open other homes across Canada. Intake Director Marina Sullivan said a prayer for those in the intake process and balloons were released as symbol of their desired freedom.

Changed lives

Graduate Rachel tells her story and experience at Mercy

The biggest cheers of course go up for the changes that God has brought to the lives of young women through Mercy:

  • 8 first time commitments to Christ
  • 10 lives rededicated to Him
  • 6 Water Baptisms
  • 11 graduations.

That is almost one graduation, representing a life freed from strongholds, for every month that Mercy Ministries has been open.

To God be the Glory!

Transformation and Encouragement

16 Aug

It’s another graduation day at Mercy Ministries. The atmosphere is always festive and ripe with anticipation. There is a sense of a launching of a life that had once stalled. A sense of gratitude for all that God has done over a six month period.

Residents are encouraged by today's graduate

Many of the girls in the home would never have heard their housemate’s  story that she tells today at her graduation and there is nothing like hearing a story of freedom from someone with whom they have lived in close quarters. It gives the young women who have just come into the home — and those who are midway in their journey — a fresh sense of what God can do in their own lives.

As today’s graduate tells her story she has a specific message for her housemates who are reaching for freedom:

your day will come also. I have loved watching your journey, each one of you is stronger than you think, but not strong enough that you don’t need help. So reach out for as much help and support as possible. God has brought you here and he will complete the good work he has started in you. Draw near to Christ; grow in your intimacy with him because at the end of your journey here, He is the only one who leaves with you. His word is faithful and true and his promises everlasting. God can do the impossible so hand him over the worst of what you have, He will in exchange give you peace, joy and a love that is unending.

Moments like these make it impossible for graduations to ever become ordinary at Mercy. The broken young woman who came into the Mercy home six months ago now stands as an encouragement to others who are in the home!

As graduation comes to a close, Executive Director, Nicola Bartel reads words from Isaiah 35: 3-6:

Nicola Bartel reads from Isaiah 35

Strengthen the feeble hands, steady the knees that give way; say to those with fearful hearts, “Be strong, do not fear; your God will come,  he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution he will come to save you.”   Then will the eyes of the blind be opened and the ears of the deaf unstopped. Then will the lame leap like a deer and the mute tongue shout for joy. Water will gush forth in the wilderness  and streams in the desert.

We know that we have seen this promised fulfilled in the graduate’s life today.

Meet Musu Taylor-Lewis: Director of Marketing and Development

6 Jul

By Nicola Bartel

Musu Taylor-Lewis

Musu Taylor-Lewis joined our Mercy staff team in late February to cover a Maternity post for Sarah Bessey  in Marketing and Communications.

Four months have passed and we feel so privileged to have her on our team. She is wise, winsome and has blended into the team with great ease. Musu brings extensive development experience to the table and has been in ministry leadership for years. Her heart is to see Christian ministries well represented and is leading the charge in ensuring we are moving forward with great presence both in our community and across our nation.

Currently Musu is leading a treasure builder matching campaign to elevate our monthly funds to enable us to reach our 20 bed capacity. She loves our young women who need Mercy and has experienced first hand the life transforming power of Christ in their lives while here in the program.
Knowing the great need that exists she is “pressing on toward the goal that is set before her” by planning our one year celebration and beyond to an exciting Gala in the fall!

“My motivation to help get all 20 beds filled comes from the faces of the young women in the home. In the  four months I have been at Mercy I  have already seen transformation that comes from the combination of program excellence and unapologetic gospel emphasis at Mercy. The mission to provide young women with an opportunity to experience God’s unconditional love are not just words on a page but is put into practice  with every counseling session, discipline, worship time, teaching and fitness class.

Mercy is a great representative of Christ’s church in our community and it is a privilege for me to be able to contribute to this work. I am convinced that the more people know how Mercy Ministries touches lives the more open they will be to investing in this life changing ministry.”

Thank you Musu for putting your faith in action, for being hands on and humble in heart! We love having you on the team!

Walking to Put Others on the Path to Life

6 Jun

by Nicola Bartel

This past Saturday, June 4th,  Northside Church hosted a 5k “Walk for Mercy” around the neighbourhood of Port Coquitlam. The weather was warm and sunny, but the hearts of the 170+ individuals who attended shone even brighter!

The day came about because Pastor Ingrid Janzen had rallied a group of women to prepare and participate in our annually scheduled Run for Mercy 5k.  When we had to cancel that event due to registration related difficulties, she said:

“Well then, we will just walk for Mercy here!!”

As the days passed, her passion increased and she began to plan, organize and rally the troops. Participants donned signs on their backs which said “I am walking for MERCY”. The day was fun, heartfelt and enjoyed by all, including our beautiful Mercy residents. The event concluded with a delicious BBQ lunch provided by the church, with trophies presented to the fastest times and a heartfelt testimony from one of our recent graduates.

Northside “Walk for Mercy” slideshow

I was so moved by the investment of a company of believers, who by their faith in action, communicated with excellence, their love and support to our amazing young women who need Mercy!

Men and women who have lived wisely and well will shine brilliantly, like the cloudless, star-strewn night skies. And those who put others on the right path to life will glow like stars forever. (Daniel 12:3, The Message)

Thank you Thank you Thank you! Northside Church Port Coquitlam Campus, and to Pastors Terry and Ingrid Janzen. Thank you for your amazing support and commitment to Mercy Ministries. Thank you for putting others on the path to life.
